《International Language Organization Press Regulations》

First, the types of messages of the International Language Organization (ILO): 1. Open and confidential information. 2. Major news, general news.
Public news can be reported, but private news can not be reported.
Secondly, the division of media:
1. Friendly media. During my founding of the International Language Organization, the media covered my founding news. This kind of media can freely report, reproduce and comment on the public information of the International Language Organization.2. General media. I had no contact during the founding period, no media that had nothing to do with me, no media that refused to report on my founding. With approval, such media can report and reproduce relevant information about the International Language Organization (ILO).3. Prohibit media like this. I contacted them during the founding period and asked them to report my founding news, but they refused. After I established the International Language Organization successfully, these media forbade their reports to reprint and comment on anything of the International Language Organization. After the ten-year period expires, after their application, the restriction can be removed. If they do not apply, the time limit will be automatically extended indefinitely. The media prohibited by other ILO documents are also prohibited media. The International Language Organization (ILO) does not receive interviews from various forbidden media.
3. These Regulations shall be implemented from the date of promulgation and shall be traced back to the past.
Fourthly, the regulations are formulated and interpreted by the founder, gaigailun.
Fifthly, these Regulations apply to the founding process of the International Language Organization and to the activities of the International Language Organization after its birth. The basic meaning of this Regulation extends to the provisions of the International Language Organization.
