यस विकास मार्गको आधार भनेको नेपाल अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठन (अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठन काठमाडौंमा स्थापना भएको) को संस्थापक राष्ट्र हो।
पहिलो चरण, धनी देशहरू।
काठमाडौंमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनको स्थापना भएपछि, नेपालले आफ्नो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सेवा उद्योग विकास योजना सुरु गर्यो। अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सेवा उद्योगले शिक्षा, चिकित्सा हेरचाह, पर्यटन र निवास, इन्टरनेट, वित्त, वस्तु परिसंचरण, र कला समावेश गर्दछ। । । 1. अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनहरूले नेपालको भाषा विश्वविद्यालयहरूलाई विश्वस्तरीय विश्वविद्यालय बन्न र विश्वभरका विद्यार्थीहरू विदेशमा अध्ययन गर्न नेपालका भाषा विश्वविद्यालयहरूमा शैक्षिक सेवाहरू उपलब्ध गराउन सहयोग गर्नेछन्। यदि नेपालमा भाषा विश्वविद्यालय छैन भने नयाँ भाषा विश्वविद्यालय बनाउन सकिन्छ, वा अन्य विश्वविद्यालयहरूको नाम परिवर्तन गरेर भाषा विश्वविद्यालय राख्न सकिन्छ। 2. अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनहरूले नेपाल मेडिकल विश्वविद्यालयलाई विश्व प्रसिद्ध विश्वविद्यालय बन्न, विश्वभरका अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू भर्ना गर्न, उच्च चिकित्सा मापदण्डको विश्व प्रसिद्ध अस्पताल स्थापना गर्न, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय संसारमा चिकित्सा सेवाहरू प्रदान गर्न, र देशभरका बिरामीहरूलाई सहयोग गर्दछ। विश्वभर उपचारका लागि नेपाल आउँछन् । ३.अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा सङ्गठन र विश्व भाषा प्लाजा पर्यटकीय गन्तव्य बन्नेछ र काठमाडौं विश्व भाषाको पवित्र भूमि बन्नेछ । नेपालमा कुल पर्यटकको संख्या बढ्नेछ । विश्व भाषाहरू प्लाजामा विभिन्न भाषाहरूको मूर्तिकला र मानव भाषाको विकास छ, र स्टेज क्षेत्रमा रंगीन प्रदर्शनहरू छन्। । । 4. नेपालको पर्यटनले पनि आफ्नो विकास स्तरमा सुधार ल्याउने, पर्यटन र आवासको संयोजन गर्ने आवास स्थापना गर्ने, योग तालिम हलहरू, ध्यान तालिम हलहरू र आधा वर्ष वा एक वर्षको योग ध्यान तालिमको स्थापना गर्ने छ। नेपालको पर्यटन राजस्व बढ्नेछ । 5. विश्वमा नेपालको लोकप्रियता बढ्दै जाँदा इन्टरनेटमा नेपालको लोकप्रियता पनि बढ्दै जाने अवस्था भएका नेपालीहरूले विश्वमा उच्च ख्याति प्राप्त सामाजिक सफ्टवेयर वा वेबसाइटहरू मिलाएर इन्टरनेटको विकासमा सहयोग गर्नेछन् । 6. नेपालको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय दृश्यता बढ्दै जाँदा र यसको राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा सुधार हुँदै जाँदा बैंकहरूले स्विस बैंकहरूबाट सिक्न, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय वित्तीय सेवाहरू विकास गर्न, अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय निक्षेपहरू स्वीकार गर्न र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय ऋण लिन सक्छन्। 7. अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय व्यापार गर्न, सामानहरू नेपालबाट जाँदैनन्, उदाहरणका लागि, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकामा खरिद गरिएका उत्पादनहरू सिधै बेचिन्छन् र युरोपमा ढुवानी गरिन्छ। ८. नेपाल देश विश्वमा जति प्रसिद्ध हुँदै गयो, नेपालीहरू पनि विश्वमा चर्चित हुँदै जान्छन्, कलाकार पनि उत्तिकै चर्चित हुन्छन् । 9. नेपालले विश्वको अग्रणी सामाजिक जीवनशैलीको स्थापना गर्दा विश्वभरका मानिसहरूलाई नेपाल आउन र नेपाली समाजको हेरचाह र शिष्टाचारको अनुभव गर्न आकर्षित गर्नेछ। 10. नेपाल विश्वले प्रशंसनीय र आकांक्षी छ, त्यसैले विश्वभरका मानिसहरूले नेपालको विकासमा योगदान गर्नेछन् र नेपालको विकासका लागि सबै पक्षबाट सुझावहरू, उपायहरू र परियोजनाहरू अगाडि बढाउनेछन्।
नेपालको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सेवा उद्योगको विकास प्रक्रियाले नेपालमा उच्च प्रविधियुक्त उद्योगहरूको विकास, प्रशिक्षित प्रतिभा र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय जडानहरू स्थापना गर्न कोष सङ्कलन गरेको छ। । । यस समयमा नेपालले विश्वको उत्पादन प्रणालीमा उच्च-प्रविधि र उच्च गुणस्तरका उच्च-अन्तका उत्पादनहरू विश्वलाई आपूर्ति गर्न उत्पादन आधारहरू स्थापना गर्न विश्वको उत्पादन प्रणालीमा धेरै उच्च-अन्तका उत्पादनहरू चयन गर्यो।
दोस्रो चरणमा विकसित देशहरू छन्।
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सेवा उद्योग र उच्चस्तरीय उत्पादन उद्योगको विकासको क्रममा नेपालले आफ्ना नागरिकहरूको वैचारिक, नैतिक र आध्यात्मिक गुणस्तरलाई आकार दिन र नेपाली समाजलाई हेरचाह, पारस्परिक सहयोग र सद्भावले भरिपूर्ण बनाउनु पर्छ। सबैका विचार र व्यवहारहरू पूर्ण सामाजिक स्तरहरू र सही जीवन स्तरहरू अनुरूप हुन्छन्। आजको विश्वमा विभिन्न देशका समाजमा शोषण, उत्पीडन, उत्पीडन, सत्ताका लागि संघर्ष र युद्ध चलिरहेको छ । नेपाली समाजको सुन्दरतालाई विश्वभरका मानिसहरूले ईर्ष्या गर्नेछन् र नेपालको प्रशंसा गर्नेछन्। विश्वमा नेपाल धेरै अगाडि बढेको छ ।
भगवानले नेपाललाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनको संस्थापक देश बनाउनुभयो र नेपाललाई विकासको बाटो दिनुभयो। यदि नेपाल अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनहरूको संस्थापक राष्ट्र बन्न सक्दैन र नेपालमा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय भाषा संगठनहरू स्थापना हुन सक्दैन भने यो विकासको बाटो नेपालमा साकार हुन सक्दैन। भगवानले अन्य देशहरू रोज्नुहुनेछ, र म अन्य देशहरूमा ईश्वरको सन्देश पुर्याउनेछु ताकि अन्य देशहरू यो विकासको बाटोमा लाग्न सकून्।
